The Exercise: 1min of laughing

Instructions: It's simple... everyone laughs for 1min straight.

One of the best things I learnt from my time on Cruise Ships was 'you just have to laugh' with incredible comedian David Naster. David’s passion and purpose is simple: “To Help Heal the World, One Laugh at a Time.”  

Fifteen years later I find myself on a meditation retreat with Warriors at Ease and when asked for one of my most treasured 'gifts/things that make you get through the tough stuff' to share with the group this is the first thing that pops in my mind. The results are amazing!  I've always believed that laughter is one of the best medicines there is out there.
